Testing day at Infineon

I spent the day trying out some different suspension settings, trying to determine what made the bike unstable in the high speed corners, and hard on entry to slow corners at Vegas, which slowed me down and cost me positions.

Based on Dave Moss's advice, we changed from low preload, high compression to high preload, low compression. This worked better than I thought, and I ended up beating my fastest time at this track by more than 1.5 seconds.

But front->rear balance was off and the front was pushing until we started playing with rear compression and later preload. By the end of the day we had found what I believe was the best setting, but cold wind and cold track had lap times 4 seconds slower. Or so we think.

We'll continue with this setup at Laguna Seca in two weeks and see how it goes.
